To register, you must provide a valid Visa/MasterCard which will be debited for the full amount when it is processed. Your course booking is NOT confirmed until your payment is received and processed.

All courses MUST be prepaid. If you are paying for more than one person, or someone other than yourself, please enter the student(s)’ names in the Order notes text box on the checkout page, or email directly to [email protected] with the student(s)’ names.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted up to 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the scheduled course (from the original booking). There is a $75 non-refundable deposit per student.

Cancellations within the 2-week (14 calendar days) window will be accepted if, and only if, we are able to fill your seat.

Cancellations are not accepted within 48 hours of a scheduled course.

Cancellations after previously rescheduling a course are not accepted.

If you do not show up for a class without a cancellation request sent as required above, the full fee is forfeited.

Reschedules

Reschedules will be freely accepted up to 1 week (7 calendar days) before a scheduled course but a $50 service charge per student will apply.

Reschedules requested less than 1 week (7 calendar days) before the day of a scheduled course are subject to a $75 service charge per student.

If you do not show up for a class without a rescheduling request as required above before the day of the scheduled course, the full fee is forfeited.
